At Metro Ford here in the Kansas City area, we couldn't be prouder of our two Senior Master Technicians, Vince and Andy, who have achieved a degree of technical recognition that's rare in our industry. These two outstanding Senior Master Ford Technicians have not only reached the highest level of proficiency in terms of mechanical excellence but they have sustained that same performance for an incredible 20 years in a row.

This designation is exclusively for technicians who have mastered the highest levels of the Ford Training Curriculum. Since its inception in 1999, only a small percentage of Technicians have achieved this level of accomplishment. Thank you Vince and Andy for your dedication and commitment. We are more than proud to have you on our team.

What Does it Take to be a Senior Master Technician

Frankly, there are very few Ford dealers in the country that maintain such high standards in their service center that they eventually develop one Senior Master Technician, and having two is even more rare. Achieving this level of training and proficiency takes an enormous amount of hard work. The Senior Master Technician title is the highest distinction that a Ford Technician can attain. It requires completing coursework for all three Master Technician categories including Engine Master Technician, Drivetrain Master Technician and Chassis Master Technician.

It's Like Winning the Super Bowl 20 Years in a Row

We like to think of Vince and Andy as our Dynamic Duo: They’re the Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce on our team. We feel tremendously honored to have not just one but two Senior Master Technicians as part of our service center. These are two men who have maintained this level of excellence for 20 consecutive years. We hope you’ll agree it takes a very special Ford Service department to have these outstanding performers and it should give you even more confidence in all our remarkable Technicians at Metro Ford in Independence.
