When Ford launched their Performance division back at the end of 2014, they promised twelve performance-geared models to launch over the preceding five years. Since then, the Detroit automaker has far from disappointed, releasing the lauded Focus RS and Shelby Mustang GT350R. But there are more on the way, and they look to be more impressive than ever.

The next models to arrive are the second respective generations of the Raptor and GT. The Raptor has already garnered a lot of interest not only for its off-road rated fully boxed steel frame and aluminum skin, but the fact that it houses a V6 engine instead of a V8. The GT has drawn similar intrigue. With both models promising power numbers between 450 and north of 600 horsepower, we don't think enthusiasts will have anything to worry about.
